Warranty Policy – Pallet Wholesale & Liquidation
At Pallet Wholesale & Liquidation, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality liquidation pallets at the best prices. However, due to the nature of liquidation sales, all purchases are subject to the following warranty terms:
1. Condition of Merchandise
- All pallets are sold as-is, where-is with no expressed or implied warranties on functionality, condition, or completeness.
- Products within the pallets may include new, used, customer returns, overstock, and damaged items.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect pallets before purchase, as we do not guarantee the condition of individual items.
2. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
- All sales are final—we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any liquidation pallets.
- Once a pallet leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any missing, damaged, or defective items.
3. Manufacturer Warranties
- Some items in the pallets may still carry an original manufacturer’s warranty. Customers should check directly with the manufacturer regarding any warranty claims.
4. Buyer Responsibility
- Buyers acknowledge and accept the risks involved in purchasing liquidation merchandise.
- We recommend reviewing product manifests (when available) and inspecting goods prior to purchase.
